The Senior Scrum Master leads a team of Scrum Masters/Project Managers and manages agile sprint processes for multiple scrum teams in a hybrid in-person/virtual setting based on southern Vancouver Island or the Lower Mainland.
The role requires a Master’s/Bachelor’s/Diploma with several years of related Agile experience, certification preferred, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
