Job Description:
About the role: Reporting to the AVP, Canada Compliance Operations & Governance (“the AVP”), and in collaboration with the Team Lead of Compliance Testing, the Compliance Testing Manager will be primarily responsible for the ongoing management and execution of the Compliance Testing Program (“the Program”) for Sun Life Financial Canada. The role works closely with Business Unit Compliance Officers (BUCO) and their teams, Enterprise Compliance, Operational Risk, and business stakeholders. The incumbent will primarily conduct compliance tests to evaluate key controls against regulations and give informed recommendations for any issues found.
