Lead daily operations as a Warehouse Supervisor at UFA's recent Distribution Center. Manage workflow, team performance, and safety standards to ensure efficient warehouse processes.

In this full-time role, you will oversee shifts while directing Sr. Shipper/Receivers and Shipper/Receivers. Your focus will include achieving safety, service, productivity, and quality targets, while ensuring compliance with operational procedures. This position is pivotal in making real-time decisions to streamline operations and enhance team accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily warehouse operations and team activities
• Own shift performance regarding safety and productivity
• Maintain operational control and adhere to standards




• Make real-time decisions for labour and workflow
• Coach team members on performance and safety

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in warehouse or distribution leadership
• Understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• Experience with WMS systems, preferably SAP EWM/WM
• Certified to operate material handling equipment
• Flexibility for assigned shifts, including nights
