Job Summary
Lead, direct, and motivate a team of production operators.
Champion safe operating practices across the shop floor.
Plan and schedule production using Excel and ERP systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to align order priorities with production capacity.
Provide management with dashboards and reporting on production performance.
Maintain an organized, clean working setting.
Hire, onboard, and develop production staff.
Required and Desirable Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of Excel.
Strong leadership skills - able to hire, motivate, and direct staff.
Safety-focused with high standards for housekeeping and organization.
