Support clients in gaining independence as a Mobility Equipment Specialist with National Seating & Mobility (NSM). Work collaboratively with therapists and caregivers to provide customized assistive solutions.

In this vital role, you will assess mobility needs, recommend equipment, and ensure optimal fitting and adjustment. Your expertise will help deliver personalized solutions that prioritize health, safety, and overall client satisfaction. Strong communication and relationship-building with referral sources are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals
• Conduct thorough client evaluations and suggest suitable equipment
• Prepare accurate quotes and necessary documentation




• Oversee fitting and delivery of equipment to clients
• Educate clients and caregivers on equipment usage and safety

Requirements:
• Education in Kinesiology or related field preferred
• Bilingual in French and English
• 2–3 years of sales experience in medical equipment
• Robust communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to lift 35 lbs
