Join our team as an Inventory Control Coordinator, ideal for those who excel in attention to detail and can work independently. This role requires managing incoming goods and ensuring accurate inventory tracking through ERP systems.
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will report to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor while performing essential tasks in a manufacturing workplace. Your responsibilities will include inspecting deliveries, entering data into Tekla, and coordinating material segregation. Successful candidates will thrive under pressure and have strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive components against purchase orders
• Inspect goods and record data in ERP systems
• Unload deliveries and check against packing slips
• Segregate materials for fabrication as per requirements
• Inform stakeholders about received items
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid forklift license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
