About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer & Project Coordinator to support our Site Managers and Project Managers in managing construction processes from planning to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings, understanding project requirements, creating step-by-step execution plans,



and providing clear direction to site teams to ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and translate them into clear step-by-step execution plans.

Ability to review scopes of work, understand project requirements, identify important details, and communicate expectations to the team.

Valid G2 or Full Ontario Driver's License.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Previous construction experience in Canada and understanding of local construction practices and standards.

Strong attention to detail.

Fast problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
