True North Home Consultants is hiring 2–4 Appointment Setters / Telephone Representatives to join our growing team.

If you're energetic, outgoing, and enjoy talking with people, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Contact homeowners by phone
- Schedule appointments for our consultants
- Update customer information in our CRM
- Follow simple scripts and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude

No sales required. Your role is to schedule appointments only.

Schedule

Weekday Evenings:

- Monday–Friday: 3:45 PM – 9:30 PM

Weekends:

- Saturday & Sunday: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications

- Transparent and confident communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated




- Reliable and punctual
- Coachable and open to feedback
