Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Saint John, New Brunswick

Shift: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Job Information:

We're looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to provide outstanding service while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, invoices, and customer requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records.




- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as required.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently.
- Responsible, professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality practices.
