Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Job Type: Ongoing Assignment
Schedule: 8:30AM - 4PM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our client's industrial operations team in Dartmouth. This hands-on position plays an important role in preparing refrigerant cylinders for inspection, refurbishment, and reuse while ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Remove labels, decals, paint, and residue from refrigerant cylinders using approved tools and techniques.
- Inspect cylinders for visible damage, defects, or irregularities and report concerns to supervisors.
- Prepare cylinders for refurbishment, testing, painting, and refilling processes.
- Safely handle and move cylinders throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.




- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Strong commitment to workplace safety and protected work practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving cylinders throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or warehouse environments is considered an asset.
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required.
