PAL Airlines is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator to join our team in St. John's, NL.

In the role of Flight Attendant Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Conduct and schedule in-flight inspections
- Train Flight Attendants in accordance with approved training program
- Prepare changes to in-flight service/training program and coordinate changes with the Cabin Safety Department
- Maintain Flight Attendant electronic training files
- Oversight and maintenance of documents required on the C-EFBs
- Monitor on-line training courses to ensure courses are issued and completed
- Implementation and development of training manuals
- Develop training materials in accordance with the Company Training Standard
- Monitor and bring forth improvements to be made in training processes to management; develop strategies for process improvement
- Travel as required for training assignments
- Conduct audits for cabin safety
- Other duties as assigned





The successful candidate will be required to maintain currency as an on-line flight attendant and fly as required to audit and ensure service standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years experience as a flight attendant
- Fluent in both English and French would be considered an asset
