Job Title: Red Seal Carpenter

Location: Moncton, NB

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Wage: $20.00/hour - $23.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and codes; perform layout and material calculations.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, floors, walls, roofs, trim, doors, and windows.
- Renovate, repair, and maintain structural components; inspect work and document findings.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools, equipment, scaffolding, and lifting devices.
- Mentor apprentices and support crew coordination on site.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety, use PPE, and perform jobsite hazard assessments.

Qualifications:

- Valid Red Seal Carpentry certification.




- Completion of a 3-4 year apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with blueprints, building codes, and construction math (metric/imperial).
- Skilled in hand and power tool operation and related equipment.
- Solid physical fitness: able to lift (~50 lb), work at heights, and adapt to varied environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license for travel to multiple job sites.
