Job Title: Delivery Driver
Location: Saint John, NB
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/Hour
Job Information:
This position requires a strong body, a class 5 license, air brake endorsement, and a clean driver's abstract.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading merchandise and materials
- Follow company procedures for proper signage of documents, receipts, etc.
- Move heavy/bulky merchandise
- Perform light vehicle maintenance such as checking oil
- Inform supervisor of product shortages or damage
- Safely secure cargo
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Class 5 license
- Air brake endorsement
- Clean driver's abstract (dated within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to and from company vehicle (helper provided for heavier lifts)
- Maintain a valuable driving record and operate company vehicle lawfully
- Ability to work with a team
