Job Title: Traffic Control Person / Flagger
Location: Saint John and Quispamsis, NB
Hours: 7:00am to 5:30pm, full time and part-time positions
Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour

Job Information:
This position requires alertness, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and a valid up-to-date Traffic Control certification. Safety is the top priority in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Direct and control traffic flow safely around construction or maintenance zones
- Set up and take down signs, cones, and other traffic control devices
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow crew members
- Maintain a safe work environment for workers, motorists, and pedestrians
- Monitor work zones and report any safety hazards or incidents




- Follow all company safety protocols and provincial traffic control regulations
- Additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots and high-visibility safety gear
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site (must have own vehicle)
- Physically able to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety and professionalism
