Pay: $24.00–$27.00/hour
Shift: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday

We are hiring an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join a growing sheet metal manufacturing company in North York. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CNC Laser experience, robust blueprint reading skills, and experience operating laser cutting equipment.
Responsibilities

- Operate CNC laser cutting machines, including ERMAKSAN
- Set up and run machine programs
- Load and unload sheet metal
- Read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Operate a forklift for material handling
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Meet production and quality targets

Requirements
- 3+ years of CNC Laser Operator experience




- Experience with CNC Laser or laser cutting equipment
- Sheet metal fabrication or metal manufacturing experience
- Strong blueprint and shop drawing reading skills
- Forklift experience or valid forklift licence
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Assets
- ERMAKSAN laser machine experience
- Lantek software experience
- CNC laser setup experience
