As an Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will conduct investment performance calculations and attribution analysis across various asset classes. This position requires close engagement with portfolio managers and internal teams to enhance investment analytics. You will leverage your strong communication skills and critical thinking to identify improvements and support sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform investment performance calculations and attribution analysis
• Support sales and marketing with data for RFPs and DDQs
• Propose performance measurement methodologies for new products




• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and best practices
Requirements:
• 1 to 5+ years in investment management or related field
• Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, or similar
• Knowledge of investment analytics or performance measurement is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI
• Enrollment in CFA or CIPM program is desirable
