This role reports to the Manager of Consolidation/Financial Reporting and Lender Relations, where you will contribute significantly to the financial integrity of Brookfield’s substantial renewable energy assets. With over four years of relevant experience, your responsibilities will include preparing quarterly and annual audited financial statements and critical reporting for various stakeholders, including lenders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare audited financial statements quarterly and annually




• Create financial-related reports for lenders and internal teams
• Interpret complex accounting issues per applicable standards
• Provide documentation for external auditor inquiries
• Monitor compliance under credit and tax equity agreements

Requirements:
• Minimum four years’ accounting experience
• CPA designation or in progress
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Experience with credit agreements in large organizations
