As a Nurse Case Manager, you will be pivotal in assessing the fitness of employees for safety-sensitive roles. This 24-month contract involves teamwork and decision-making within a multi-qualified setting. You will execute medical evaluations, manage disability cases, and uphold the integrity of health records with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess applicants' and employees' fitness for work
• Perform medical evaluations including pre-placement and return-to-work
• Monitor and manage substance use under CN’s policies
• Keep disability cases updated in the SAP system
• Coordinate return-to-work plans as per guidelines
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in disability management or acute nursing
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
• Valid Nursing licence required
• Member of OIIQ or CRNA
• Strong clinical and analytical skills
