This role combines personal sales, team leadership, business development, and the opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager position.
Responsibilities Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to closing
Support and mentor a team
Distribute and monitor incoming leads
Ensure CRM accuracy and timely follow-up
Build relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and referral partners
Improve sales performance and customer experience




Work closely with the CEO to help grow the Edmonton branch
Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience
Proven ability to build robust client relationships
Leadership or team coaching experience is an asset
Experience using CRM systems
Flooring, renovation, construction, or building materials experience preferred
