Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation

Provide training and guidance to help customers integrate OX into their workflows

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers throughout their lifecycle

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address complex challenges and improve the product

Monitor customer usage, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth (retention, upsell, cross-sell)





Partner closely with Sales to ensure long-term customer success

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS company

Experience in cybersecurity / application security - strong advantage

Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex environments

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup workplace

Bonus Points For

Experience working with enterprise customers

Background in DevSecOps / SDLC / application security

Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering

Passion for cybersecurity and working with technical products
