This role as a Mental Health and Substance Use Nurse involves providing comprehensive care to clients with severe mental illness and concurrent disorders. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized direct nursing care to clients
• Perform psychosocial rehabilitation assessments




• Develop and implement strength-based care plans
• Monitor client medication responses and educate families
• Maintain accurate and timely client records

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse
• Minimum 240 hours of clinical practicum in mental health
• Knowledge of concurrent disorders and harm reduction
• Ability to manage conflict and deliver educational programs
• Skills in crisis intervention and documentation
