We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with strong expertise in Zero Trust architecture, CA API Gateway (Layer 7), and IT security strategy and governance . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, recommending, implementing, and managing technical architectures within a large, distributed, cross-platform enterprise environment.

This role requires extensive experience designing secure enterprise systems and integrating applications, middleware, gateways, databases, infrastructure, and communication technologies.

Responsibilities
Develop, recommend, implement, and manage technical architectures across complex enterprise environments.

Design systems and solutions based on Zero Trust security principles , including identity-based access, least privilege, authentication, authorization, and secure communications.

Design and implement solutions leveraging CA API Gateway / Layer 7 Gateway and related API security technologies.

Establish and support IT security strategies, architecture standards, governance frameworks, and security controls .

Define technical environments and identify the technologies required to support application development and implementation.

Develop architecture across hardware, software, databases, middleware, gateways, operating systems, and communication technologies.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable architecture solutions.

Develop conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models and related technical documentation.

Conduct systems analysis and design for large-scale, distributed enterprise environments.

Assess technical alternatives and recommend appropriate architecture approaches, platforms, and technologies.

Address performance, scalability, availability, integration, and security considerations across different technology environments.

Apply structured methodologies to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications and systems.

Develop enterprise architecture deliverables, including architecture models, standards, roadmaps, and supporting documentation.

Design processes aligned with ITIL practices and provide guidance to technical teams on their implementation.

Identify emerging technologies, trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, information management, and governance standards.

Must Haves
Minimum 5 years of experience designing systems using Zero Trust architecture and security principles .

Minimum5 years of experience with CA API Gateway (Layer 5) and/or other Layer 7 API gateway technologies .

Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing IT security strategies and governance .

Extensive experience developing and implementing technical architectures within large, complex enterprise environments.

Strong experience with middleware, gateways, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies.

Extensive experience with at least three different platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, and communication protocols.

Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture, authentication, authorization,



identity and access controls, and secure system integration.

Experience with systems analysis and design in large-scale distributed environments.

Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

Experience developing conceptual, logical, and/or physical process and data models.

Experience developing enterprise architecture models and related technical deliverables.

Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, availability, and security considerations across different technology environments.
