You will be responsible for greeting patients, performing essential tests such as phlebotomies and ECGs, and ensuring proper documentation. Your experience in laboratory operations will have a direct impact on patient diagnostics and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and explain specimen collection processes
• Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings
• Conduct special test collections and document results




• Maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• ECG training or experience is an asset
• Solid customer service skills in stressful situations
• Ability to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
