Maintenance Technician Location: Etobicoke, ON

Fuze HR is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician on behalf of a leading North American manufacturing company specializing in high-quality packaging and labeling solutions. This organization serves a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, healthcare, food and beverage, and personal care, using advanced manufacturing technologies to deliver innovative products.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers, OEMs, and external contractors as required.
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other lifting devices safely.
Complete minor facility repairs, groundskeeping, and maintain overall plant cleanliness.




Promote and maintain a safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
Complete additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Solid mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
Experience performing equipment maintenance and repairs.
Electrical Certification (309A or 442A) is considered an asset; however, practical maintenance experience is valued most.
Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and lifting devices is an asset.
Plumbing experience is considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
AutoCAD knowledge is an asset.
Comfortable working at heights of up to 15-20 feet.
Physically capable of: Regularly lifting up to 50 lbs
Frequently moving up to 25 lbs
Occasionally lifting over 100 lbs

Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
