Site Engineer | Residential Development | Waterford
Salary: c. €85,000 + Benefits Package
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team delivering a high-quality residential development in Waterford.

This is an excellent chance for a Site Engineer with a strong residential background to join an experienced project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major housing development.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out and providing technical support throughout the construction process.

Ensuring works are completed accurately in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and site teams.

Managing quality control, inspections and technical submissions.

Reviewing drawings,



resolving technical queries and coordinating information flow.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards.

Supporting the delivery of the project from construction through to completion.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related discipline.

Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on residential projects.

Strong setting out and technical ability.

Good understanding of construction processes, drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
