Promote safety, quality, and governance throughout the migration process while ensuring all migration activities, documentation, change management, testing, and communications comply with organizational standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or another related technical discipline.
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting ERP data migration, data readiness, and enterprise system implementations, including hands-on experience across multiple business domains.
Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, including data profiling, mapping, cleansing, validation, ETL processes, data governance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with experience using Syniti ADMM or similar ETL and migration tools considered a strong asset.
Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, preferably within mining, manufacturing, heavy industry, or other complex operational environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, data stewards, and third-party vendors in a quick-paced project environment.
