In this senior role, you'll report to the Director of AI Platform Engineering, guiding teams in developing reusable AI solutions and platform components. Your efforts will play a crucial role in achieving a secure and efficient AI environment, ultimately advancing Canada Life’s customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop enterprise AI platform capabilities and services
• Build accelerators, APIs, and reference implementations for AI consistency
• Implement model integration and orchestration for AI solutions
• Develop CI/CD patterns for efficient AI solution deployment




• Support seamless integration with enterprise infrastructure and data services

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on development expertise
• Solid experience in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI
• Proficient with Python, APIs, and cloud-native development
• Familiarity with Azure AI, DevOps, and secure software delivery
