As a Senior Accountant at Westlake, you'll oversee all accounting functions for a specific manufacturing plant. Your expertise in financial reporting will ensure compliance with corporate objectives while you manage complete ownership of P&L; and Balance Sheets. This role requires interaction across departments, including Corporate Accounting and IT, to support effective financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage plant accounting, including P&L; and Balance Sheets
• Execute month-end and year-end closing duties




• Analyze variances pre- and post-close
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
• Ensure accuracy of fixed assets and inventory

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in manufacturing accounting
• Robust communication and detail-oriented skills
