Regional Sales Manager - Western Canada (Manitoba to B.C. including Thunder Bay)
Base Salary $ 150 to $ 170 plus commissions

A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a driven and ex(perienced Regional Sales Manager to support and grow its Manufacturer Representative network across the Midwest/Northwest U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization known for innovation, technical expertise, and high-efficiency HVAC solutions.

What You’ll Do

Drive regional sales growth and market share expansion

Lead, coach, and support Manufacturer Representative firms

Develop strategic business opportunities within commercial HVAC markets

Deliver product and sales training to channel partners

Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support business strategy

What We’re Looking For





5+ years of regional sales management experience within the HVAC industry

Strong knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, and hydronic HVAC systems

Experience managing Manufacturer Representatives or channel partners preferred

Proven ability to grow sales and develop strong customer relationships

Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills

Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory

Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
