As the Advisor for Emergency Management and Business Continuity, you will develop, implement, and improve programs aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Advance and maintain the Emergency Management Program and Business Continuity Plan
• Conduct regular plan reviews and ensure audit readiness
• Facilitate emergency preparedness and recovery planning




• Lead Business Impact Analyses and develop recovery strategies
• Promote training and awareness through exercises and engagement activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in emergency management
• Familiarity with CSA, ISO, BCI, DRI standards
• Robust program management and risk analysis skills
• Ability to operate in high-pressure environments
