Join an Assurance Team supporting reporting and dashboard delivery within a technology-focused environment. This role focuses on translating client and business information into JIRA reports, dashboards, and reporting outputs using JQL and JIRA queries.
Location: Toronto/Hybrid- 3-4 days per week.
Duration: 6 Months (Chance of Extension)
Must Haves 5-10+ years in JIRA reporting , JQL , and JIRA queries
Hands-on delivery of JIRA dashboards and reporting
Project management , Project Administrator , or Project Analyst background
Nice to Have Experience working with client and business stakeholders to gather reporting information
Responsibilities Build JIRA reports from client and business information
Convert JQL and JIRA queries into dashboards and reporting outputs
Support reporting activities within the Assurance Team
