Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst ready to lead critical treasury initiatives?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst/Capital Markets & Treasury. This position involves supporting strategic initiatives within client's capital markets technology space, focusing on treasury and trading systems. As a senior lead, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Treasury, Trading, Risk, and Technology teams to drive impactful project delivery and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across Treasury and Capital Markets projects

Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams

Support project delivery from requirements gathering through to implementation

Conduct business and data analysis to facilitate decision-making processes

Contribute to solution design discussions and data modeling exercises

Manage multiple stakeholder groups and drive initiatives with minimal supervision

Support enhancements related to treasury operations, liquidity management, and fund transfer pricing

Desired Skill-Set

8-10+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services

Robust understanding of financial instruments such as Interest Rate Swaps, Swaptions, Futures, Bonds, Repos

Proven stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working directly with Front Office and Trading users

Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor





Lead Business Analyst experience leading requirements and project workstreams

Business and data analysis proficiency

Data modeling expertise

Capital Markets domain knowledge

Nice to Have

Treasury industry knowledge

Treasury operations experience

Asset Liability Management (ALM) experience

Funding and Liquidity Management expertise

Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) background

Hedge Accounting and Interest Rate Hedging familiarity

Experience with Databricks platform

Prior support of Treasury technology platforms in large financial institutions
