Our consumer business client is seeking a Sr Program Manager (10+ years) to lead IAM Hardening and Identity Unification initiatives using Identity and Access Management (IAM), SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID

Join a high-visibility technology program supporting enterprise IAM modernization and identity unification initiatives within a transportation setting. This role leads delivery of 2026 IAM commitments while defining readiness and planning inputs for future tenant consolidation and identity governance alignment initiatives. The position combines active program delivery, executive reporting, and discovery-driven planning across cybersecurity, governance, and identity workstreams.

Must Haves

5+ years of Program Management and Project Management delivering enterprise IAM , identity governance , or cybersecurity initiatives

Identity lifecycle management , Joiner/Mover/Leaver , access certification , attestation processes , and identity governance frameworks

M&A; , tenant consolidation , or organizational integration initiatives related to identity programs

RAID management , milestone reporting , executive reporting , and SteerCo presentation experience

10+ years of related Program/Project Management experience

Nice to Have

Hands-on familiarity with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or cloud), Microsoft Entra ID,



Entra Verified ID, and Windows Hello for Business

Exposure to Privileged Access Management platforms such as CyberArk and Zero Trust security principles

Experience with RBAC/ABAC role design, persona development, and role-based access certification models

Familiarity with regulated or audited environments and audit evidence requirements including CIS benchmarks and Secure Score

Prior experience in airline, travel, or regulated industries

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of the 2026 IAM Hardening program scope including termination process implementation, Entra Verified ID, Windows Hello rollout, and user verification standards

Drive governance activities related to IAM policies, standards evaluation, and BAU identity decisionsManage certification and attestation cadence including onboarding non-human IDs into SailPoint

Oversee the application onboarding evaluation model for SailPoint onboarding readiness

Track schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests across IAM workstreams

Lead documentation and readiness planning for Sunwing identity architecture, dependencies, and identity unification options

Prepare executive and SteerCo reporting including RAID logs, milestone tracking, and business outcome updates
