Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute experimentation strategy company-wide
• Develop the centralized experimentation platform




• Partner with cross-functional teams for experiment integration
• Lead best practices in measurement and infrastructure
• Monitor and improve experimentation effectiveness

Requirements:
• Extensive software engineering experience
• Proficient in experimentation platform development
• Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing
• Strong SQL skills with data modeling experience
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Eppo preferable
