The Department of Educational Administration, Foundations, & Psychology is seeking a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Seminar Leader for course EDUA 4000. Ideal candidates are graduate students with teaching experience, particularly in K-12 or B.Ed programs. Responsibilities include preparing materials, grading assignments, and consulting students during scheduled times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend orientation and planning meetings for course staff
• Prepare instructional materials such as assignments and tests
• Mark assignments and provide feedback on student work
• Consult with students for academic support and guidance
• Participate in lectures and help with special projects
Requirements:
• Graduate student preferred in relevant field
• Empathetic with strong communication skills
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an asset
• Enrollment as a full time student at the University of Manitoba
• Valid study permit for international students
