Drive operational excellence with our client as a CORE Manager in Burlington, Ontario. You will lead a centralized operations response team focusing on renewable natural gas facilities and monitoring practices.

This hybrid position combines leadership and technical expertise as you oversee the CORE function. Collaborate with various teams including Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and Maintenance while ensuring exceptional monitoring and escalation of operational issues. This critical role requires the development of a high-performing team and the implementation of standardized governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily CORE function operations and team management
• Establish monitoring and escalation standards for operational governance
• Recruit and develop a team of CORE Operators




• Monitor performance across renewable facilities for timely escalation
• Coordinate issue follow-up across cross-functional teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related discipline preferred
• 7+ years in industrial operations or centralized monitoring
• Experience with SCADA systems and control environments
• Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license for travel across Canada and the U.S.
