Traveling Site Superintendent - Healthcare Projects Projects Across Ontario (Travel and Nights Required) Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with a background in healthcare construction projects who is open to traveling for project assignments lasting several months at a time. This role is ideal for a superintendent who thrives in structured, compliance-driven environments and understands the importance of infection control, safety, and working in or around operational healthcare facilities. What You'll Be Doing - Lead on-site construction operations for healthcare and institutional projects - Oversee day-to-day site activities, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics - Maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager - Enforce strict safety protocols and infection control procedures - Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards - Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with consultants, hospital/facility staff, and project teams - Monitor quality control to ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications - Identify and resolve site issues to avoid schedule or cost impacts - Track site progress, manpower,
