We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Specialist with robust user experience design and research skills. The ideal candidate will be able to turn user insights into intuitive designs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

- Translate user insights into practical design solutions

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

- Iterate designs based on user feedback and business requirements

- Communicate design decisions and recommendations clearly

- Advocate for user needs throughout the design process

What you bring and Must have skills

- 8+ years of UX design experience

- Strong user research and problem-solving skills

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

- Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD

- Experience with GenAI features in design workflows

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX design work

Nice to have

- Knowledge of current UX design trends and emerging technologies
