We are seeking an experienced

Senior UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, workshops, surveys, and usability testing.

- Translate research findings into user-centric design solutions that support business goals.

- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize features.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and evolving business requirements.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Present design concepts, decisions, and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and UX best practices.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies,



and modern UX methodologies, including AI-assisted design capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects across web and mobile applications.

- Expertise in user research, persona creation, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.

- Proficiency with

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

, and other modern design tools.

- Experience using

GenAI-powered design features or AI-assisted design tools is highly desirable.

- Robust understanding of design systems, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in Agile, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methodologies.

- Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics platforms.

- Experience designing enterprise applications is a plus.
