Our Underwriting Directors are experts in their field and able to monitor trends and development in the industry, guiding their portfolio in a positive way. As the Director for the commercial lines, mid-market department, you would be responsible for all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals.

- 10 years of Underwriting experience
- 5+ years experience in a leadership role

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $180,000, which reflects the expected base pay for the position. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
