Enhance patient safety and operational excellence as a Quality Improvement Consultant with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto. Lead complex quality improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement science methodologies.

This full time, permanent position involves acting as an internal consultant, collaborating with clinical leaders to implement change. You will support quality improvement methods, conduct data analysis, and facilitate educational programs through CAMH’s Quality Training Academy.

Your efforts will directly impact sustainable improvements across all quality initiatives at CAMH.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma
- Collaborate with leaders to apply improvement science methodologies




- Analyze performance data and develop tracking dashboards
- Coach frontline teams in quality improvement practices
- Prepare presentations for leadership and committees

Requirements:

- 1-3 years in quality or process improvement roles
- Experience in healthcare or public-sector environments
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent computer and report-writing skills
