$25.00–$40.00 per hour – Full-time (no vinyl decking experience necessary)

About the Company

CM Sundecks Ltd. is a growing Vancouver-based company specializing in vinyl decking and deck waterproofing. We work on residential and commercial projects throughout the Lower Mainland and have been in business since 2010.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Vinyl Deck Installer.

About the Position

This is a hands-on construction position where you will learn the installation of vinyl decking and waterproofing systems. No previous vinyl installation experience is required — we provide on-the-job training.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and wants to develop a specialized skill that can lead to greater responsibility and advancement within the company.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing vinyl decking and waterproofing membranes
- Preparing and repairing deck surfaces
- Measuring, cutting and fitting materials
- Using hand and power tools
- Heat-welding vinyl seams
- Installing deck details, trims and flashings
- Working on residential and commercial projects
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working as part of a small team

What We're Looking For




- Reliable and dependable
- Must have a valid BC drivers license
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Previous construction or trades experience is an asset, but not required
