What You'll Do
Reporting to the Lead Branch Supervisor, the Library Page assists with basic library duties, including shelving materials, organizing the collection, assisting patrons, cleaning areas of the branch as needed, and assisting Library Clerks with any other duties as needed (e.g. weeding, crafts, etc.).
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Current enrollment in a secondary school program
Skills & Abilities
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills to facilitate shelving
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Clean Criminal Reference Check
