We are currently looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Bagging Line Operator to join our Thorndale team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and works well in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse & Bagging Line Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while ensuring feed products are accurately bagged, stored, and prepared for shipment. Safety, organization, and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating the automated bagging system efficiently and safely.
- Operating a counterbalance forklift and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Picking and preparing customer orders accurately.
- Receiving incoming products and verifying shipments.
- Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring orders are ready for delivery or customer pickup.
- Assisting with inventory control and participating in inventory counts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Safely lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Working collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to meet daily production and shipping schedules.
- Following all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous warehouse or distribution experience.




- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift (certification is considered an asset).
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and order picking.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting of up to 55 lbs or 25kgs.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
- An agricultural background or experience in the feed industry is considered an asset.

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
