Lanstar Supply

Mississauga

Lanstar Supply is a fast-growing, technology-driven e-commerce company operating across Canada. We partner with brands, distributors, and suppliers to help them grow through a combination of marketplace expertise, listing optimization, data analysis, automation, inventory planning, logistics support, and reliable fulfillment processes. We are also building proprietary software systems through our work at the University of Waterloo Velocity program, where our team is developing tools to improve how businesses manage product listings, pricing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and day-to-day operational decisions.

At Lanstar, we invest in both people and systems. Our warehouse and operations team plays a key role in making sure inventory moves accurately, shipments are prepared properly, and information is kept up to date across our internal tools and partner platforms. This role is not only about warehouse work.

It is a chance to gain real experience across the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, fulfillment systems, software tools, vendor coordination, and process improvement.

We are now seeking a Warehouse/Operations Associate to join our Mississauga office. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and interested in learning how a modern e-commerce and supply chain operation works from the inside. You will help receive inventory, prepare shipments, label products, update systems, support procurement and logistics workflows, and work with technology that helps us run the business more efficiently.

This position is hands-on and operational, but it also offers exposure to multiple growth opportunities within the company. The right person will be able to learn different parts of the business, contribute to better systems, and build practical experience that applies across operations, supply chain, technology,

and business development.

- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy, damage, and completeness
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace
- Work with the operations team to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase speed
- Use and provide feedback on internal software tools built to support inventory, procurement, shipment tracking, and operational decision-making

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or operations experience is an asset
- Comfortable using computers, web portals, spreadsheets, and internal software systems

- Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with an ability to learn recent tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting, labeling,

and entering information
- Good numeracy and problem-solving skills

Nice To Have

- Why Lanstar

You will be part of a growing e-commerce and technology company where operations are central to the business. This is a hands-on role where your work directly affects shipment accuracy, inventory control, procurement planning, logistics performance, and customer service. You will also be exposed to the technology side of the company, including proprietary systems being developed through our University of Waterloo Velocity program. This gives the right candidate a unique opportunity to understand how warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and software systems connect in a modern business.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, learns quickly, and wants to grow with a company that values initiative, reliability, and continuous improvement. If you are curious, hardworking, and want experience across multiple areas of the business, this role can open the door to future opportunities in operations, procurement, logistics, systems, and management.
