We are currently seeking full-time Reservations Agents to join our team at our downtown Canmore office for the 2026-2027 winter season, running from mid-October to April 2027.

There is also the potential to continue working with us during the summer 2027 season.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team.

As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with reservations
- Respond to all emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about all our summer and winter tours
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent phone and email etiquette and communication skills




- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- A self-starter who takes initiative and is reliable
- A friendly and outgoing personality
