Senior Workday Recruiting Solution Assessment Consultant | ATS Product Fit Assessment

Our client is replacing a legacy ATS and needs an independent, evidence-based assessment of whether Workday Recruiting can meet its requirements before initiating a broader procurement process.

This is an assessment engagement, not an implementation project. 4-6 week initial duration.

What You'll Be Doing

- Review documented business requirements from current discovery work
- Validate requirements against Workday Recruiting capabilities
- Facilitate clarification sessions with business stakeholders
- Build a requirements-to-capability traceability matrix, classifying each requirement as: Out-of-the-Box, Configuration, Integration, Partially Supported, or Not Supported
- Identify functional gaps, business impacts, and implementation risks
- Estimate the overall % of requirements Workday can satisfy
- Deliver an executive recommendation report and present findings to leadership

- Client open to engaging the right consultant earlier, part-time, to help shape the assessment approach
- ? Compensation tied to deliverable completion, including the final recommendation report

What We're Looking For

- Extensive hands-on Workday Recruiting implementation experience
- Experience conducting Workday product-fit or solution assessments
- Strong Business Analysis skills, translating requirements into capability assessments
- Ability to present findings to executive and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of HR, recruitment, and ATS business processes

Nice to Have

- Canadian healthcare or public sector experience
- Provincial shared services experience
- Workday HCM implementation experience
- Vendor evaluation or procurement support experience
