Drive the CMPA's AI transformation as the Lead for Strategic Priority Implementation in a hybrid work model based in Ottawa, Ontario. This role focuses on orchestrating AI initiatives to enhance member services and strengthen connections.

As a key leader reporting to the Executive Director of Technology, Analytics & Privacy, you will manage and integrate various projects within the CMPA’s AI Strategic Plan. Your mission is to deliver consistent medico-legal intelligence through human-centered AI while ensuring robust governance and resource management.

Your expertise in project management methodologies will be essential in navigating complex initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables
- Develop program charters, project plans,



and documentation
- Coordinate governance mechanisms and manage risks
- Communicate strategic initiatives and support change management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for enterprise-wide alignment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years’ experience in project management
- Proven success in technology transformation projects
- Change management and facilitation skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
