Salary range is $45,000 to $60,000

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional service to personal lines clients

Prepare and process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes

Review underwriting information for accuracy and completeness

Conduct risk assessments and recommend suitable coverage solutions

Act as the primary liaison between clients and carriers

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and remarket policies to stay competitive

Support clients through claims,



taking reports and following up diligently

Maintain accurate data entry in carrier portals and broker management systems

Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

Foster a customer-first culture within the team

Qualifications

RIBO license

Minimum 1 year of personal lines broker experience serving a book of business

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting fundamentals

Experience with Applied EPIC or Power Broker is an asset
