What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping our shop operate efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and perform vehicle write-ups

Build estimates and present repair recommendations

Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers

Obtain repair authorizations

Manage repair orders from start to finish





Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email

Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process

Handle customer concerns and assist with conflict resolution when needed

Help achieve weekly sales goals of approximately $20,000-$30,000

What We're Looking For

Automotive service advisor experience preferred (1-5+ years)

Automotive industry experience required

Experience at an independent shop or dealership or both

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable using computers and shop management software

Experience with Tekmetric is a plus

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license required

Schedule

Typically Monday-Friday

1. 40 hours per week

Occasional Saturdays during busy periods
